In honor of the 20th Anniversary of my registering the domain name marchtwenty.com, I would like to share my insights into the construction of this iteration of this website. So... what went into making this website? As I've learned over the years I tend to take the more difficult route when it comes to my websites. I preferred taking an [...]

So where am I at with REMLAB? First off, as you can see it has been 10 years since I last updated the PHP/AJAX version of REMLAB that I have on SourceForge. This version I have largely abandoned this as the source code for it was a hot mess and needed to be completely rewritten. About 5 years ago, I [...]

When I got my start in web design, the online tools were nowhere near as powerful as the ones that can be found today. The net is ripe with a number of amazing web apps and tools that I never thought would be possible twenty years ago. Those resources greatly enhanced my ability to deliver a heavily optimized and visually [...]

After years of work redeveloping my WordPress theme - m20T1, I've finally finished the redesign of marchtwenty.com. This theme is a total rebuild of the custom theme I had been using for over 10 years. My intention for this theme was to make it as plugin-independent as possible while keeping it as efficient and feature-rich as possible. The design I [...]

It just recently dawned on me that my old websites going all the way back to 2001 are still out there via the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Sure most of the pictures were not archived and my HTML coding is super janky (thanks Microsoft FrontPage), but the writing is all there. Archive of my first website through RoadRunner:

I revamped my normalization CSS stylesheet and I cleaned out all the specialized classes that I had implemented in an effort to make this more universally acceptable. This version is far more streamlined and deals only with the core HTML elements. There is still a lot of opinionated stuff in there, so this probably won't be for everyone, or anyone [...]

As it stands my site is pretty much complete. Well, until this time next year when I decide to start all over again. In the end, this site turned out the way I had originally envisioned. I pride myself in knowing that I went out of my way to make this site (and other sites I design) as w3c compliant [...]

Since this web site went live a couple of months ago, I have managed to get everything online that I intend to. Pretty much all of my finished works are one this site, though I do have several active projects that are not on this site as of yet. More recently, I have inserted a site wide and internet search [...]

Welcome to MarchTwenty.com! This is the fifth, and very blue, version of my personal website. As well, it hosts my animations and my many 3D images and my various website designs. This site began many years ago through a free Roadrunner web hosting service that grew into the site that you see here today. The reason that the site so [...]

Well, I'm going to redo this site once again. The new design will be a little more contemporary and designed more along the lines of the sites I have done recently for other people. With a little luck, I will get some real web hosting for my domain name (www.marchtwenty.com).
